Claims Investigation Process
Upon commencement, full desktop investigation begins. We will also assign one of our skilled investigators promptly and deploy them to the country in question within 48 hours. Scenes and key personnel are attended to as a priority and all evidence is secured as soon as possible. Our investigator does not return until all evidence has been secured, paperwork and exhibits seized and statements obtained. This we aim to do within a tight timeframe.
Our Desktop Intel Unit (DIU) and Claims Investigation Department (CID) work in parallel with our investigator to authenticate identities corroborate findings and provide full support during the investigation. State of the art secure technology allows photographs, documents and statements to be uploaded ‘real-time’ rather than waiting until return to the UK.
Speedy Deployment
This enables us to provide a more speedy service and action our investigator further upon assessment of evidence gathered to date. A detailed and thorough report will clearly display the information which you, the client, are looking for.
